Custom Fields
Custom fields expand data collection options for tasks beyond standard form fields in CRM for Business. To begin, navigate to: App > Settings > Tasks > Custom Fields
You can create various types of form fields, including Simple Text, Paragraph (Long Text), Number, Drop Down List, Check Box, Decimal, and Date. You can also adjust field settings, like:
- Use in the standard form (displayed in ‘Add New Task’)
- Show on task details page (‘Project Profile’)
- Display in the filter panel for task searching and filtering.
In ‘Form Options,’ accessed via ‘Standard Form,’ you can:
- Reorder form fields (drag & drop)
- Specify field as mandatory (required).
