Client Management

The Client Account section in CRM for Business offers convenient access to all client-related resources. From this section, access and manage:

  • Event Timeline: Displays historical activity around a client account.
  • Users: Manage all client-associated users, including creation, editing, and deletion.
  • Projects: Oversee client projects, including creation, editing, and deletion.
  • Files: View files attached to client projects and attach files for the client. These files are not visible to the client.
  • Support Tickets: Lists client-associated tickets and enables easy management, including creation, editing, and deletion.
  • Financial: Contains all client financial resources, including:
    – Invoices
    – Estimates
    – Expenses
    – Timesheets
  • Notes: Create client-related notes visible to the team but not the client.
