Estimate Settings
The estimate settings page allows you to change various aspects of how the Dashboard handles estimates. Below are the various settings and their explanations.
This page provides the option to configure the following settings for estimates in CRM for business:
- Estimate Prefix: This field allows you to add any desired text as a prefix to the invoice number. For instance, if you input “EST-,” the invoices will be generated with prefixes like “EST-000276.”
- Terms and Conditions: Here, you can establish default terms and conditions that will be exhibited on an estimate. These terms can also be modified during the creation or editing of an estimate.
