Estimate Statuses

When a new estimate is created in CRM for business, it receives an initial status of “Draft.” This status indicates that the estimate has not yet been emailed to the client and remains invisible on the client’s CRM dashboard.

When you are prepared to send the estimate to the client, you must click the “Publish” button, as indicated below.

Upon publication, an email, including the PDF estimate attachment, is automatically dispatched to the client. Simultaneously, the estimate becomes accessible to the client within their CRM dashboard.

After publishing, the estimate’s status will automatically shift to “New.”

Changing Estimates Statuses

The system automatically assigns the appropriate status to an estimate based on client actions (e.g., Acceptance or Decline). Alternatively, you can manually adjust the status, as illustrated in the image below:
