Milestone Settings
In the CRM for Business, navigate to the milestone settings page to configure how the application handles milestones.
General Settings
This page provides the ability to define the following settings:
- Enable or disable team members’ capability to create, edit, or delete project milestones.
Default Milestones
This screen enables the creation of default milestones, which will automatically be included when a new project is generated.
Note: If team members are granted permission to create and edit milestones (as mentioned earlier), they can override these default milestones, but the changes will be specific to that project.
On this screen, you can perform the following actions:
- Create default milestones.
- Reorder the position of milestones within a project.
- Edit and delete default milestones.
